Verb Surgical Headquarters

Robotic innovator Verb Surgical selected XL Construction for a major initiative: the merging of the medical tech firm’s six locations into one significant headquarters building. XL brought Verb’s facility, an existing 234,000 s.f. six-story warm shell building, to full productivity, building virtual robotic training rooms, a robotics service and repair line, robotics assembly areas, testing labs, ten fully operational training/clinical research operating rooms, and surgical prep space. Key infrastructure included H2 hazardous materials storage, a new loading dock and a high capacity service elevator. XL also built out a collaborative education center and office interiors.
