XL completed a 75,000 s.f. single story renovation for Teleflex, a global manufacturer of medical technologies and equipment, and their newly-acquired medical device company NeoTract. The space included office amenity areas and R&D laboratories. The facility was designed to be adaptable and flexible to support the lean manufacturing of future products.
