San Juan USD Del Campo High School New Science/Media Commons Building & CTE Modernization

I just wanted to take a moment and say thank you to the XL team for working with us in getting furniture and movers going on the second floor this last week. In addition to all the other work falling nicely into place just in time for school! I am amazed how much has been completed in the last month and how XL has kept up with Sac County changes, portable demo coordination, path of travel coordination, last minute parking lot changes, and school coordination. Lastly, great job in passing elevator inspection today.

The XL Construction team including, Kelly, Monet, Scott and Kevin, has been nothing but extraordinary as a Design-Build partner for the recent San Juan USD’s new Del Campo High School Career Tech Education and Science Center project. Their Sacramento based team was well prepared, well staffed and highly collaborative from the early proposal stage through construction. They are fair, honest, trustworthy, organized and most importantly, fun to work with. XL Construction has gained valuable experience in the design and construction of fire training facilities and complicated career tech programs on an existing school campuse and were able to overcome many unforeseen obstacles in transforming a 40-year old building into a 21st century learning facility.
