Milpitas USD Randall Elementary

XL Construction worked with Randall Elementary School to modernize and restructure its campus, in response to increased enrollment. Under a Lease-Leaseback contract, the new design includes a 1,500 s.f. relocatable, multi-use kindergarten building with adjoining playground, a 2,000 s.f. administration building, a 12,900 s.f. multi-purpose building, a new vehicle zone, and new electrical infrastructure. XL’s Integrated Solutions team identified opportunities to reduce costs by nearly $2 million from the initial estimate to ensure the project stayed within budget. XL demonstrated its commitment to student engagement by sharing the Randall construction process with a Milpitas High School intern, providing hands-on education and experience.
