XL Construction expanded the LinkedIn headquarter’s campus with the renovation of two four-story, steel and concrete structures totaling of 288,000 s.f. XL led the full interior demolition and tenant improvements to both buildings, including the replacement of all rooftop equipment. Spaces included a 500-seat café, a 255-seat auditorium and media control room featuring a AV/video wall with 244 LED panel, several conference rooms and break out areas, as well as offices and open office space. Additionally, XL built out a welcoming central lobby and showcase main stairwell, as well as amenity spaces including a fitness center and juice bar. XL’s site work scope included a new courtyard area between the buildings, electric vehicle charging stations, a new shade canopy, and an outdoor fitness center area.
