The project scope includes a 230,000 s.f. laboratory and office build-out across 7-floors of a brand new warm shell building in South San Francisco. XL will provide state-of-the art research space for our biotechnology client, the building’s sole tenant, consisting of diverse labs, lab support areas, office and collaboration areas, breakrooms, conference rooms, food service amenities, interior signage, and miscellaneous interaction areas and furniture. The building will be all-electric and prioritize the use of sustainable materials and construction practices.
