This client’s new signature headquarters facility will be comprised of research and development space at Genesis Marina in Brisbane. The tenant improvement project is in Building 1 and Building 3 of the complex. The project includes state-of-the-art analytical and clinical testing lab spaces that allow for advances in early cancer detection.
