This role is responsible for processing a high volume of vendor invoices, managing weekly check runs, reconciling vendor accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions. Review vendor statements and reconcile outstanding or past-due accounts

Process and file annual 1099s in accordance with IRS requirements

Support various accounting projects and initiatives as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience required

Experience in the construction industry is a plus

Experience with Viewpoint Vista preferred but not required

Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: In accordance with California’s pay transparency requirements, the base salary range for this position is $69,000 – $76,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. California Pay Range Disclosure

The starting base salary for this position is $121,000–$137,000 annually. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including experience, education, role complexity, and job location. This position may be eligible for bonuses and a full benefits package.

  • 4 + years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or People Operations, ideally in a matrixed or fast-paced environment.
  • Deep knowledge of compensation strategy, job architecture, benchmarking, and survey methodologies.
  • Strong project and program management capabilities with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HCM systems (e.g., Paylocity, Jobvite, SuccessFactors) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • High degree of discretion, integrity, and professionalism with sensitive data.
