TimberQuest Production Worker

A skilled production worker employed by TimberQuest Assembly North will be primarily responsible for assembling prefabricated wall sections within a factory setting, following detailed blueprints and quality standards to build complete wall structures for commercial use, while adhering to safety regulations and production timelines.
Key Responsibilities:Precisely assembling pre-cut wall and floor components using various power tools and hand tools, including nailers, drills, saws, and levelers, ensuring proper alignment and structural integrity.
Performing thorough inspections of each wall panel to identify and address any defects in materials or assembly, maintaining high quality standards.
Accurately loading and unloading building materials from storage areas to the production line, ensuring proper organization and inventory control.
Interpreting construction blueprints and specifications to accurately assemble wall panels according to design plans.
Adhering to all safety protocols in the factory environment, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and following proper lifting techniques.
Collaborating with other production team members to maintain efficient workflow and meet production deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Prior experience in carpentry, framing, or general construction is preferred.
Ability to work with precision and consistently maintain high-quality standards.
Capability to lift heavy materials and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
Understanding of measurements and ability to calculate dimensions accurately.
- Blueprint Reading Skills:
Ability to interpret construction plans and drawings.
Familiarity with a variety of power tools used in construction, including nail guns, drills, and saws.
Potential Work Environments:- Factory Production Floor:
Most of the work will take place in a controlled factory environment with a production line setup.)
Additional information: Starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $22.03 (after 90 days will increase to $24.48) and $31.00. Individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Your recruiter can share additional details during the interview process.
