Career paths at XL are designed to be flexible and provide opportunity to experience and gain different skill sets. Below are some of the internship opportunities we offer.
Project Engineer
Provides a track towards a career as a Project Manager.
Field Engineer
With more field-focused activities, this internship leads to a Project Superintendent career.
MEP Engineer
Supports the MEP Coordinator in the coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, piping, and fire protection design and installation
Cost Engineer
This path leads you towards a career as an Estimator or in Preconstruction.
Construction Technology Specialist
This position assists the assessment of accuracy and completeness of design and trade models and leads to a career in construction technology.
Accounting
Gain understanding of construction accounting processes and provide support and guidance to project teams.
Marketing
Let your creative juices flow and assist the marketing and business development team with proposals, copy, design, and promotional materials.
