XL did an outstanding job to deliver all construction requirements for the $40.1M Kaiser South Sac Hosp. 5th floor MedSurg and ICU buildout. XL provided exceptional individual and collective talent managing the daily project needs despite a tight schedule, constrained budget, active underfloor Operations as well as some unknowns and changing requirements. XL delivered the project on schedule, returned contingency dollars, and achieved stellar quality and safety results. Daily Operations were not impacted despite over 1.5 years of construction. It was apparent throughout construction that XL always had Kaiser's best interest in mind and provided results to that end. In my eight years managing Kaiser construction projects, this has been my best experience working with a general contractor and I would love to work with again with this XL Team.
