Las Lomitas ESD Las Lomitas & La Entrada Modernization
A series of Lease-Leaseback renovation projects at the Las Lomitas Elementary School and La Entrada Middle School campuses.
XL was selected as the sole general contractor for Lease-Leaseback services at the Las Lomitas Elementary School and La Entrada Middle School for Las Lomitas ESD. Each campus had a series of modernization projects. The construction started during the summer of 2021 and extended through 2023. The scope of work included a three-phase, two-year modernization of the La Entrada Middle School campus. This is the same campus for which XL successfully constructed a classroom building two years ago.
