Andrew Hill High School Student Union

Utilizing progressive design-build delivery, XL completed a 25,000 s.f. renovation of an existing building and new construction to create the new Andrew HIll High School Student Union. The project is part of the District’s mission to transform the high school experience for its students, staff and faculty. The building includes 10,000 s.f. of kitchen and cafeteria space that directly connect to the new learning center, administrative offices, and the student store. The project was completed on an active campus with student and faculty safety as a top priority. As a design-build project, XL was part of the initial design meetings, and supported the project with cost and constructability input.
