A tenant improvement project, including 50,000 s.f. of biopharmaceutical lab space and 28,000 s.f. of office space on floors 8 through 12 of 1800 Owens Street.
To support their research efforts related to the treatment and prevention of COVID-19 and other serious infectious diseases, client engaged XL to provide tenant improvements for 50,000 s.f. of biopharmaceutical lab space and 28,000 s.f. of office space on the 8th through 12th floors of Building 1 at 1800 Owens Street. The buildout includes BSL2 biology and chemistry labs and a 1,900 s.f. BSL3 suite, new rooftop mechanical equipment, an executive board room, and a 5,000 s.f. break room.
