XL Construction completed the demolition and tenant improvement on the fourth and fifth floors of an existing seven story building for Kaiser Permanente. Elevated Construction Services, XL’s self-performed work company, performed demolition of the two floors. Before starting on improvements, the XL team upgraded fire alarm system to a voice activated systems for the entire building. The 16,600 s.f. build out includes provider offices, exam rooms, a new reception area, four group rooms, new restrooms, a TER room and other spaces essential for a behavioral health facility.
