XL Construction was selected to construct at new, 25,000 s.f. performing arts center on the Fairfield High School campus. Working with Lionakis, the project includes a stage, seating, sound booth, lighting, and a retractable orchestra pit. Construction is taking place on an existing, occupied high school campus. With completion scheduled for October 2023, this will be the largest, most sophisticated theater in Solano County.
